About
Professional Summary
My first engineering job was at Digihua, an ERP vendor in Taiwan. I wrote C# WinForms features for its ERP and APS (production scheduling) products and rolled the APS system out to 5+ clients.
At Chenglin Innovation I moved to web development with ASP.NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server. I led the five-person team that built the notification system for Taipei 101's procurement portal and introduced CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Since then I've been building full-stack projects with Next.js and React on ASP.NET Core APIs.
I hold an M.S. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Mathematics (Natural Sciences) from National Chung Cheng University.

Stripe checkout, JWT auth with role-based authorization, and SignalR notifications are shipped through a gated GitHub Actions/Playwright pipeline to staging and production.

2026This portfolio site: a multilingual Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS application with English, Traditional Chinese, and Spanish support. It integrates the Google Gemini API with Function Calling over typed portfolio data so visitors can explore experience, projects, resume links, and page sections, and the public chat endpoint is protected with same-origin validation and Upstash Redis sliding-window rate limiting.
